Le Shiatsu<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 Le shiatsu est une discipline associant la th\u00e9orie de la m\u00e9decine chinoise et une technique de massage Japonais.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 Il consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le corps et l\u2019esprit dans leur globalit\u00e9 en exer\u00e7ant des pressions, des \u00e9tirements, des mobilisations afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la circulation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie via les m\u00e9ridiens. Ces derniers sont des canaux d\u2019\u00e9nergie qui parcourent le corps. Ils sont en relation avec les organes et les \u00e9motions.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 L\u2019\u00e9nergie est une notion orientale selon laquelle tous les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qui nous entourent comme la vie, la sant\u00e9 proviennent d\u2019une m\u00eame force ; cette \u00e9nergie s\u2019appelle le QI. Il arrive qu\u2019elle vienne \u00e0 manquer ou qu\u2019elle s\u2019accumule dans certaines zones du corps, ce qui entraine des d\u00e9sordres physiques ou psychiques. Le praticien va alors exercer des pressions des doigts pour tonifier ou drainer l\u2019\u00e9nergie le long des m\u00e9ridiens dans le but de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer, cr\u00e9er une harmonie.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 Ceci permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le bien \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, de diminuer les tensions physiques et psychiques, de favoriser l\u2019\u00e9limination des toxines, d\u2019harmoniser les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes (immunitaire, respiratoire, digestif, circulatoire \u2026)<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Qui suis-je ?\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Infirmi\u00e8re de formation, je vis entour\u00e9e de mes chevaux depuis une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert le Qi-Gong, le yoga, la sophrologie je me mets en qu\u00eate de soins alternatifs et pr\u00e9ventifs afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer mon bien-\u00eatre, je d\u00e9couvre alors le Shiatsu.<\/span><\/p>

En 2015 j\u2019associe ma passion du cheval \u00e0 mon int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le \u00ab\u00a0prendre-soin\u00a0\u00bb et commence l\u2019\u00e9cole Ouma Te Ate de Shiatsu \u00e0 Bouligneux dans l\u2019Ain qui propose une formation compl\u00e8te sur 4 ans. En 2018, j\u2019obtiens mon dipl\u00f4me de Shiatsu Equin chez Sophie Ruby et en 2019 mon dipl\u00f4me de Shiatsu Humain chez Marie Julliant. Je continue de me former en participant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes conf\u00e9rences et stages afin de pouvoir toujours proposer des s\u00e9ances adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 vos demandes et besoins.<\/span><\/p>

En 2024 je me forme en shiatsu canc\u00e9rologie aupr\u00e8s de Fanny Roque (Pr\u00e9sidente de la FFST, et intervenante Shiatsu au sein de la Ligue contre la Cancer de Bordeaux et de l’Institut du Sein d’aquitaine) et\u00a0 Marion Dubes kin\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en s\u00e9nologie<\/strong><\/p>

Je fais partie du syndicat de Shiatsu Equin et de la FFST (f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise de shiatsu) qui font <\/span>respecter un code de d\u00e9ontologie aupr\u00e8s des praticiens afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019\u00e9thique de la profession.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
